of course it does... any kind of cardiovascular work out for an hour will make u thin... it wont get u toned though... for that u need weight training... i honestly don&#039;t think u need to lose weight ur 130 lbs and 5&#039;8 u seem skinny enough... 
ps. if ur gym has the arc trainer try that for an hour... u burn way more calories on that than on any other kind of machine... and its easier on the knees</description>

your small anyways, but an elyptical does better for your body i guess than jogging. a lot of the girls stay on the elypticals and guys mostly do some fast running on the treadmills. so yes</description>
