Does an elliptical trainer do any good?

shadowkat4646 asked:

If I went to the gym every other day and stayed on the elliptical trainer for an hour would that help me to look thinner and toned?

I am a vegetarian, 18 and 130 pounds if that makes a difference.

Thanks!
Oh and I’m 5′8 too

The formula for losing those excess pounds is simple – consume less food and workout more often – the problems arise when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are plenty of temptations in the real world don’t you think?! The sole thing that really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I worked off 20 pounds, it really does produce results!

your small anyways, but an elyptical does better for your body i guess than jogging. a lot of the girls stay on the elypticals and guys mostly do some fast running on the treadmills. so yes

of course it does… any kind of cardiovascular work out for an hour will make u thin… it wont get u toned though… for that u need weight training… i honestly don’t think u need to lose weight ur 130 lbs and 5′8 u seem skinny enough…
ps. if ur gym has the arc trainer try that for an hour… u burn way more calories on that than on any other kind of machine… and its easier on the knees
