Can you hook an XM My-Fi directly to your car stereo?

jumbo_chilidog asked:

I have an after-market cd/mp3 player installed in my truck and also an XM My-Fi. Now, the My-Fi broadcasts on a predetermined FM station. The great digital sound is being lost during the process. Is there a way to hard-wire the My-Fi to the stereo thru an input cable or something, so I can get the great digital sound that the unit is capable of?

If your after-market stereo has stereo input jacks in the back, you can run a line from the audio-out jack on the XM unit into those inputs on the stereo.

You could try one of those things that plug into the headphone or line-out jack, and the other end is made to play in your cassette player. Just a thought.
